Teaching Assistant, Junior Counselor
Starting as a Camper at DMPA's StageRight Broadway Camp, I was asked to come back in later weeks to be a Junior Counselor for the camps hosted my Missoula Children's Theatre. After a couple of summers of Counseling, I applied to be the Teaching Assistant as DMPA switched their model away from Missoula Children's Theatre and towards an in-house directed musical.
As a Counselor I:

Supported campers in their blocking

Was in charge of a small group of campers throughout the week.
As the Teaching Assistant I:
